Coach Jeff Hand Appointed DC for Outlaws

Brisbane Outlaws have confirmed the appointment of Coach Jeff Hand as Defensive Coordinator.

Coach Hand has served as the head football coach at Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. A position he held from the 2005 through to his resignation at the end of the 2013 season. Hand served as the head football coach at Benedictine University from 1999 to 2000 and at Waynesburg University from 2001 to 2004.

As the Head Coach with the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets located in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, he recorded 24 wins and 17 losses. At the conclusion of the 2010 season, this ranks him #7 at Waynesburg in total wins and #7 at the school in winning percentage (.585).

Most recently Coach Jeff Hand held the position of Head Football Coach of Rio Branco Futebol Americano in Vitoria, Brazil.

In 2014 Coach Hand coached the Amiens Spartiates in France who competed for the National Championship. Final team record was 10-2-1 with an average points score of 49.2 and average points against 12.1, including 3 shutouts.

Coach Hand is scheduled to arrive June 2016.
